The Ings

The Ings care home in South Yorkshire is our males-only Home. We have six individual, separate and self-contained apartments, each of which comprises of:

• Bedroom
• Wet room
• Sitting room with Dinning area
• Kitchen
• Staff withdrawal room
  
  

We have included curved walls, anti-ligature fittings and hidden magnetic catches on kitchen units to negate the need for handles. All wet rooms have Mermaid wall coverings to facilitate good infection control and ease of cleaning. All furniture is Keyworth weighted. The apartments are designed to allow for further adaptations/changes to be made if necessary.

• A communal sitting room
• A music room
• An art room
• A multiple purpose room
• Staff offices and facilities
• Family visitors and professional visitors rooms
• Laundry with sluice facilities
• Clinical room
