We offer specialist care services that help complex individuals who are a part of the Transforming Care Agenda.
The company was specifically established to provide personal care to individuals moving from restrictive environments to bespoke accommodation in a safe and supportive environment. We provide hospital safety with residential freedom.
Our employees receive an in-depth induction programme alongside face-to-face training to ensure that all staff are suitably trained. This enables them to provide our residential services to a high standard for individuals with complex and challenging needs.
We offer a clear pathway for all of our residents to develop their daily living skills. We use Positive Behaviour Support alongside Active Support to teach our residents new skills and ways to help them manage their behaviours.
Our residential care homes are homely, safe, and friendly environments. The people we support can choose to spend to time with other people or have their own space in their individual self- contained apartments.
The people we care for are supported in a person-centred way and we actively encourage them to have control over their own lives and decision-making processes. We believe it is important to give power and control back to people. This facilitates them to achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations; all of which lead to a better quality of life.

Our Story
Bespoke Care and Support was established in February 2020.
We specialise in providing futureproofed accommodation quality care services for people who fall within the Transforming Care cohort. We offer specialised care plans for people who are currently detained in a secure setting and have been assessed as being ready for discharge to a community-based service.
Both of our care homes are aimed at enhancing the lives of society’s most vulnerable individuals in the most dignified way possible. By providing hospital safety with residential freedom, we ensure we are doing this in the safest way possible.
At the centre of our philosophy is the journey taken by the people we support; it is all about each individual.
By ensuring that we deliver individualised care which is evidenced-based, people can effectively move through pathways of care as they progress.
We are committed to making families and friends an active part of recovery and helping each person to reach their end goal of more independent living where possible.
What makes us unique is that we are a young, dynamic company with a passion for the delivery of individual-centred care delivered within environments specifically designed for people with bespoke needs.
Our Specialisms
We offer residential services for individuals who are part of the cohort of people under the Transforming Care Agenda. All
individuals have their own self-contained apartments which are specifically designed to be homely while also meeting the needs of people who require a robust, safe environment due to their behaviours of concern.
We provide bespoke day services and specialist support
services to individuals who have been diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and other associated complex needs, including people with a forensic background history.
